This week the Monday team had an excellent win at home v Wymott 9-1 to move top of the table. The Tuesday team also won against Leyland & Farington to go 6th. The Thursday A team’s game against Hoghton was called off due to the weather and will be played next Friday, whilst the B team had a good away win at Hoole to go 6th.

Next week the Monday team have a week off, and the Tuesday team are away at Longton VM. On Thursday the B team are at home against Hoghton, while the A team travel to Leyland and Farington.

Congratulations to our bowling members Amy and Matt on their first child, Finley, who has already paid a visit to the green.

We have added another league fixture on Monday evenings (open to all ages) and would welcome new players to join us. We also play competitive bowls on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

Social bowls sessions with coaching for new and existing players have now restarted from 2PM on Saturdays. Why not come down? We are always pleased to see new players come and have a go.
